After a successful Product Marketing internship at RingCentral in July 2023, I was invited back to complete my experience in the product life cycle for a 6 week Product Management internship from July-August 2024.

Led the initial deep-dive research on RingCentral-Google integrations, driving key insights to enhance user adoption and optimize user experience.

Developed MixPanel dashboards & created PRDs with high-fidelity Figma mockups, providing deep user insights, identifying data gaps,
and facilitating collaboration to align with strategic product goals.
Roadmapping
Directly contributed to a data-driven 2025 roadmap through innovative feature proposals and competitive analysis.

Authored knowledge-base articles and actively engaged with Sales and Marketing to gather customer insights and enhance customer enablement strategies.
